EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is a certification system developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, to promote resource-efficient building design and construction.
Since its issuance on the 2nd of March, the Golden Tree has proudly earned the esteemed EDGE Green Building Certificate, underscoring its exceptional accomplishments in reducing resource consumption. This includes an impressive 52% reduction in water usage, a noteworthy 24% decrease in energy consumption, and a remarkable 84% reduction in embodied energy derived from materials and resources, all compared to the local baseline standards.
