In November 2023, Morizono achieved the EDGE Preliminary certificate, highlighting a commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices. This certification reflects the project's dedication to resource efficiency and adherence to international green building standards like EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies). This contributes to promoting more sustainable and environmentally responsible landed housing in Depok.
