AEON MALL MeanChey, boasting a sprawling expanse of 181,000 sqm, is nestled within 'ING CITY,' an ambitious urban development project of substantial proportions situated approximately 8km to the south of Phnom Penh's central business district. Sustainahaus was enlisted by Building System and Diagnostics, a prominent green building consultancy in Singapore, to fulfill the role of EDGE Auditor for both the Preliminary and Post-construction stages of AEON Mall Mean Chey. The project achieved its EDGE Preliminary certificate in June 2022 and, subsequently, the EDGE Final certificate in February 2023, attaining the EDGE Advanced level, exemplifying a commitment to sustainable construction and design excellence.
